How long does a conservatory installation take?
Most of our conservatory installations are completed within 2 to 4 weeks from the start of work on site, depending on the size and style of the build. Larger projects such as orangeries, or installations requiring substantial groundworks, may take a little longer. After your initial survey we’ll give you a clear timeline before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
Do I need planning permission for a conservatory in the North East?
Most conservatories fall under “permitted development” rights and don’t require planning permission, provided they meet specific criteria around size, height, and position relative to the existing house. What's the difference between a glass roof and a warm roof conservatory?
